I’m Anita, the baker behind those unreal bakes made right here in Manchester.

My love for baking started long before it became a business, but maternity leave and lockdown gave me the push to turn a passion into something more. A good few years later, I finally took the leap and left the corporate world  and baking is now my full-time job and happy place.

​

You’ll find me at artisan markets and pop-up stalls across Manchester, bringing my bakes to corporate events, residential buildings, weddings, and private parties.

If you love chocolatey, chewy, gooey, fluffy (and occasionally crunchy) treats, you’re in the right place. Brownies, blondies, cookies, and cakes baked to be shared and enjoyed.
